Industry led Technical Steering Group - Core 5: User Interactions

Representatives from all of Mobile VCE Industrial Members are invited to attend this embryonic Industry Steering Group, to help determine the detailed shape of this Core 5 research activity.

Objectives

The primary purpose of this second full meeting of the Industrials and Academic team is to progress the discussion on the detailed technical content of the programme and to establish the plan of activities over the next 6 weeks for the production of the Programme Description Document.

Representatives from Mobile VCE's Industrial Members will work with the Academic Team to begin work on the document, as well as helping to further develop and mature th thinking that has already been contributed at the prior Industruial and joint meetings. There will be opportunity to bring new Industrials present up to speed and to seek their inputs into the process.

  11am User Interaction: Programme Description Document Drafting
This main part of the meeting will comprise making a start on the drafting of the Programme Description Document. This will include identifying, at the top level, relevant structure for the various sections, potential content and appropriate contributors, (as well as identifying the further drafting work to be completed and circulated prior to the next User Interaction Industrial Steering Group meeting).

This activity will include important debate and discussions between the Industrials and Academics which, over the next few week, via an interactive dialogue, will serve to establish the detailed scope and technical content of the programme.
