Date & Time : 9th September 2011

Venue : Room K4.31, 4th floor of Strand building : Kings College, The Strand, London (Room K4.31, 4th floor of Strand building)  Location

Objectives

To present the changes that are happening in VCE, and why, explore the proposed new ‘Contributing Universities’ Category & debate and identify a fair and realistic cost-benefit proposition to present to the VCE Board for approval at its mid-September meeting which the representative Universities feel would attract strong buy-in from themselves and their colleagues from other Universities.

Attendees will include representatives from ~10 Universities who are not presently members of VCE, who either have expressed interest in membership or have existing links, as well as representatives from VCE's Board of Directors. Telephone discussion has already occurred to set the scene with most attending.
