| Abstract | Various cross-layer optimizations have been recently proposed to improve the performance of TCP in wireless networks. In this paper, we propose a dynamic OFDMA based subcarrier/power allocation which aims to constrain the achievable rate on each flow proportionally to the TCP throughput of the corresponding flow. Numerical investigations reveal that the proposed approach significantly increases fairness among TCP flows operating over end-to-end paths of different characteristics. |
