| Abstract | This paper addresses linear vector precoding techniques for multiple input single output (MISO) cognitive radio systems. The optimal linear vector precoding algorithms for the secondary system in the sense of minimum mean squared error (MMSE) are proposed with reasonable constraints. This paper is based on ICR document 275 and Deliverables 52 on the list of working documents, which is submitted to MVCE for approval in Feb 2007. |
