| Abstract | A new approach to ubiquitous content delivery within the heterogeneous environment created by different networks and various personal devices is proposed in this paper. A personal area-centric and content-centric Personal Content Management (PCM) architecture is described. This selects the most appropriate content delivery mode and handoff mechanism so as to ensure efficient, continuous and seamless content delivery to mobile users possessing multiple personal devices. |
